Instead, it has a central bar with a crosspiece that you have to hold, which has a safety release switch built-in for safer use<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThis may be a sticking point for some people, as it takes some getting used to. However, after a few minutes, you soon adjust and I found it pretty comfortable. In addition, it felt very well-balanced, so I didn’t feel any extra strain on my arms and back when stretching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
